1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to permata4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and permata4d ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided through the permata4d website, including Sports Betting, online casino, live casino games, slots, and all related products.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any permata4d service, you expressly and legally confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of these Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the permata4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual registering in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business or organisation.
• Does not hold an active permata4d account, or any account that was previously terminated due to a breach of terms.
• Not excluded or prohibited from gambling under any legislation, court order, or self-exclusion programme you have applied for.
• Depositing and wagering using your own legitimately earned funds — not borrowed money or funds from unauthorised sources.

3 Registration & Account Management

When registering an account with permata4d, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identification card, your Malaysian identification number (MyKad), an active mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may only hold one permata4d account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If permata4d determines that a person holds more than one account, all accounts in question will be terminated immediately and all balances, bonuses, and accumulated winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details, and for all activities that occur under your account. Permata4D strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Permata4d reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or when there is activity requiring investigation. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or screenshot of the payment method used.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the permata4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). permata4d does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

• Permata4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or wallets.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawal requests that require KYC verification may take longer to process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Permata4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, parlay bonuses, cashback, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League or EPL matches.

• All credited bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted. Wagering requirements vary depending on the bonus type and will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering on permata4d and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Permata4d reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including bonus arbitrage or hedging, may result in bonus forfeiture and action taken against the account in question.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Permata4d's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), e-sports (MPL Malaysia, MLBB), as well as other sports including tennis, basketball, and UFC.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Permata4d reserves the right to void or adjust any bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds (palpable error).
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be voided except for markets that have already been settled.
• Official results announced by the relevant sporting body are final for the purposes of bet settlement.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to price delays, and permata4d is not liable for any losses resulting from such delays.
• A parlay bet is void if any one selection is cancelled – the bet will be reprocessed excluding the cancelled selection.

7 Casino & Table Game Rules

All casino games on permata4d, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and poker, are powered by software from internationally certified providers using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). For live casino tables, games are hosted by real dealers in a controlled studio environment.

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round or hand has been completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, permata4d will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Permata4D reserves the right to impose table limits or betting limits for any casino game at any time.
• Winnings resulting from a technical failure or software error are void and will not be paid out.

8 Slots Rules

Permata4d offers hundreds of slots titles from leading global providers. All slots operate using audited and certified RNG technology to ensure every spin is completely random and free from manipulation.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is as stated by the provider and may vary depending on the game mode played.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are calculated from the global player betting pool and may fluctuate over time.
• In the event of a technical failure during a slots round, permata4d will refund the wager amount for that round to the user's account.
• A free demo mode is available for most slots with no deposit required. Winnings in demo mode cannot be converted to real money.

9 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

Permata4d users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party programs to access or interact with the permata4d platform.
• Placing simultaneous bets on both sides of the same market (sports arbitrage) to eliminate risk and exploit the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system in games such as poker or live table games.
• Using a permata4d account for money laundering or any other suspicious or unlawful financial activity.
• Registering using a false identity, another person's identity, or providing inaccurate personal information.
• Accessing the platform from a geographical region where such use is prohibited under local law.
• Transferring your account balance to another user or receiving transfers from another user.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Permata4d reserves the right to close or suspend any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requested by the user.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the permata4d support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of the review process.

11 Limitation of Liability

Permata4d provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures.

• Permata4d is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions to a user's internet connection.
• Permata4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Permata4d's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

Permata4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that excessive gambling can cause harm, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit: Set your own deposit limits through your account control panel.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified period.

• Session Break: Take an automatic break after a play session duration you have set.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily self-exclude from the platform (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or permanently.
